Job summary

Oklahoma State University’s Division of Student Affairs seeks a Graphic Designer to visually communicate services to students, faculty, staff, alumni and external audiences. The role provides primary creative support for Wellness programs and supports priority initiatives across Student Affairs.

Working with communicators and program leaders, you will translate objectives into audience-focused visual concepts, producing campaigns, posters, reports, and web/digital materials while upholding OSU

Qualifications

• High School/GED required; degree conferred by start date.
• Graphic Designer I requires 2 years of experience; II requires 4 years or Bachelor's degree plus 1 year.
• Senior Graphic Designer requires Bachelor's degree and four years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop campaigns, posters, flyers, brochures, and reports for print and digital channels.
• Create environmental graphics, digital signage, social media assets, and web graphics.
• Ensure communications are accessible, visually compelling, and aligned with OSU brand standards.
