Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Web Developer in Fort Lauderdale, FL to design, code, and maintain websites, covering layout, functionality, and user experience.

You will write clean code using HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and JavaScript, work with designers and stakeholders, and ensure sites perform well across devices.

The role requires 3+ years of web development, strong problem-solving, and experience with React, REST APIs, MySQL or PostgreSQL, and Git/Jira.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Communications or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of web development experience is required.

Kforce has a client in Fort Lauderdale, FL that is seeking a Web Developer responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining websites, including all aspects like layout, functionality, and user experience, by writing clean code using languages like HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and JavaScript to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites that perform well across different devices and browsers. This person creates and enhances the overall website appearance using graphic/multi-media design software and designs site navigation that is clear and easy to understand. The Web Developer ensures sites remain scalable while complying with performance and security standards. The role updates content based on input from marketing and documents changes in source code.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
