Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer for 100% onsite work in Northwest Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on developing scalable web applications and service-oriented solutions, collaborating with software, hardware, and systems teams to bring hardware-enabled products to life.

You will design, build, test, and maintain applications and APIs, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior developers while adhering to best practices in software architecture and Agile processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience building web applications and service-oriented architectures.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Management Studio, T-SQL, database tuning and design, developing queries and stored procedure creation.
• Strong object-oriented design and development skills.
• Proven ability to develop products from the ground up through deployment.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
