Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer in Boca Raton, FL to develop and maintain a high-volume regulatory compliance application. You will contribute to feature development, performance tuning, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced team environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1+ years of software engineering experience with Web 2.0, C#, .NET MVC, HTML/CSS/JS, and SQL. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

• Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative development environment.
• Motivated to learn and grow professionally.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
