Job summary

Perplexity is seeking a Web Designer to own the design of our marketing and landing pages. You’ll ensure every page looks cohesive and reflects one of the most exciting AI products in the world—clear, beautiful, and fast.

You’ll shape our landing page system, build a CMS design system, and work with Growth, Product Marketing, Brand, and front-end engineers to ship on-brand pages quickly and at a high quality.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of web and marketing design work.
• Excellent visual design skills with brand and typography.
• Experience with CMS/templating systems and self-serve page design.
• Fluent in Figma and responsive design.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of marketing pages, landing pages, and growth surfaces end-to-end - you're the DRI for web craft.
• Create and own the CMS design system: the templates, components, and patterns that let teams build on-brand pages themselves.
• Partner with Growth and Product Marketing to translate business goals into compelling, high-converting page designs.
• Work with Brand to keep visual consistency across every web touchpoint.
• Collaborate directly with front-end engineers to ship pages quickly and at a high quality bar, including the ongoing migration off Framer.
• Bring a strong point of view on layout, typography, motion, and interaction design for the web.
• Raise the floor on self-serve page creation so the design team can focus on the highest-craft work.
