PLACE in the United States is seeking a Web Designer to join the Brivity team, crafting real estate websites for agents and teams. You’ll collaborate with design PMs, the Support team, and executives to deliver sites that look great and perform reliably.

You’ll leverage HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AI tools to speed up development, balance brand needs with scalable templates, and contribute to a high-volume production environment.

Formación

• 2–5 years of web design or front-end development experience.
• Strong portfolio of live sites, ideally in website builders or CMS platforms.
• Proficient in HTML and CSS; comfortable editing JavaScript.
• Solid grasp of responsive design and cross-device behavior.
• Experience using AI tools to speed up development is a plus.

Responsabilidades

As our Web Designer on the Brivity team, you’ll partner with our Web Design Project Managers, Support team, founders, and executives to design and build the websites that thousands of real estate agents and teams rely on every day. What You’re Great At

You are a web designer who loves building real websites for real customers. You have 2 to 5 years of web design or front end development experience and a strong portfolio of sites you’ve built or customized, ideally inside website builders, CMS platforms, or similar systems. You know HTML and CSS well, you’re comfortable editing and troubleshooting JavaScript, and you have a strong grasp of responsive design.

You solve practical design problems quickly and keep your attention to detail even when you’re moving fast. You’re also curious about how to work smarter: you already use AI tools like Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar assistants to speed up development, troubleshoot issues, and improve your workflow, and you keep refining how you use them.

Bonus points if you have experience building websites for real estate professionals, working with proprietary or template-based website builders, or working in a high-volume production environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement real estate websites for agents and teams using the Brivity website platform
• Customize templates and page layouts to fit each agent’s brand
• Ensure websites are responsive and perform well across devices
• Execute website builds based on project specifications from Web Design PMs
• Implement requested revisions and improvements
• Help troubleshoot customer website issues alongside the Support team
• Customize websites with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, improving layout behavior, styling, and interactive elements
• Troubleshoot front end issues and implement fixes
• Use AI coding tools like Claude Code to generate and refine code, and continuously improve your workflow with modern tools
• Build and update websites for multiple customers each week while following established design and development standards

Salary: $60,000-$75,000/year, depending on experience
