Job summary

Gradient Financial Group is seeking a seasoned Web Designer/Developer to shape our online presence. You will transform Figma concepts into polished WordPress sites, collaborating with marketing and design teams to drive engagement and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in web design/development.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and modern web trends.
• Experience with website analytics, SEO, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to concept and produce digital presence.
• Maintain website and DNS management hosting (i.e. AWS, SiteGround and WordPress).
• Transform Figma designs into engaging, user-friendly web experiences.
• Lead web projects from planning through launch, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Build and maintain event websites and templated solutions for financial services professionals.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive digital strategies.
• Optimize websites for performance, UX, SEO, and lead generation.
• Serve as a go-to resource for web best practices, troubleshooting, and WordPress guidance.
• Support client relationships through clear communication and high-quality delivery.
• Mentor and train team members, including onboarding new web designers
