About the Role

We are hiring a highly creative UI/UX Developer and skilled in Wordpress/HTML Websites to bring our user-facing platforms to life. We are looking for someone with a creative visual eye and knows the interactive layers of a website, UI/UX, web tools, and mobile app—ensuring a beautiful, intuitive experiences across every customer touch point. This is a hybrid role combining design precision with front-end implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build responsive, high-performance websites on desktop and mobile using modern frameworks.
• Translate Figma designs and brand assets into clean, maintainable front-end code.
• Create demo designs of a website before building it out.
• Experienced in building high-performance Wordpress website.
• Own the user interface for key flows: homepage, product pages, KYC onboarding, dashboard login, wallet viewer, real-time data feeds, and support/chat.
• Partner with full stack developers to optimize performance and accessibility.
• Implement UI components, motion, and transitions aligned with our premium visual style.
• Ensure mobile-first design for the SunCore Flutter app, working with our mobile lead to match design consistency.
• Create UI/UX documentation, component libraries, and QA checklists.
• Collaborate with digital marketing, design agencies, and analytics tools (Mouseflow, Hubspot) to continually improve conversion and usability.

Tech & Tools

• Frameworks: React (web), Flutter (mobile), TailwindCSS, Next.js (bonus)
• Design: Figma, Adobe CC, Framer (bonus), Lottie animations, Flourish visualizations
• Dev Tools: GitHub, Storybook, VS Code, Chrome DevTools
• Optimization: Responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), performance best practices
• Marketing/UX stack: Hubspot, Mouseflow, ChiliCal, Trulio

Ideal Candidate

• 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX development or front-end engineering with a strong design sense
• Expert in HTML, CSS, JS with modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind or Styled Components
• Comfortable navigating Figma to Code workflows
• Skilled in Wordpress websites such as Elementor and Pre-made Websutes
• Strong aesthetic instincts with a bias for elegance, clarity, and performance
• Bonus: Experience with fintech, crypto, or data-rich dashboards

Compensation

• Base compensation varies and is determined by years of experience, strength of portfolio (links must work) as well as geographic location.
• All development team compensation is deferred until 60 days post app’s MVP launch to align interests - everyone on the team is incentivized to get to our MVP as quickly as possible.
• Annual performance bonus (represents a significant percentage of total compensation)
