Job summary

Brightforge Partners is seeking a seasoned web design and front‑end development professional to own high‑visibility digital projects in a hands‑on, collaborative environment. You’ll work directly in Figma while shipping production‑ready websites using modern front‑end practices from concept to launch.

You will contribute to QA, optimization, and data‑driven iteration, ensuring accessibility, performance, and brand consistency across desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional web design or front-end development.
• Strong HTML/CSS skills and responsive design.
• Portfolio with live websites.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive websites, landing pages, and other digital experiences from concept through launch.
• Translate wireframes, Figma designs, and creative concepts into polished, production‑ready web pages.
• Create clean, modern interfaces with strong attention to typography, layout, usability, and brand consistency.
• Build and maintain responsive front‑end experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web‑development practices.
• Manage and improve CMS‑based websites, including new pages, templates, components, integrations, and functionality.
• Ensure websites work reliably across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Optimize for performance, accessibility, technical SEO, and conversion.
• Troubleshoot front‑end, layout, browser compatibility, CMS, and performance issues.
• Partner with marketing and content teams to support campaigns, landing pages, product launches, and other digital initiatives.
• Perform QA before launches and resolve issues quickly when they arise.
• Use analytics, testing, and user behavior signals to identify opportunities to improve website performance.
• Maintain reusable components, design standards, and efficient development workflows.
• Share thoughtful design and technical recommendations with colleagues and stakeholders.

What you bring

• 5+ years of professional experience in web design, front‑end development, or a closely related role.
• A strong portfolio showing both web‑design ability and finished, live website work.
• Strong HTML and CSS skills and a solid understanding of responsive web development.
• Professional experience with JavaScript and interactive front‑end functionality.
• Experience with modern CMS platforms and website‑building tools.
• Strong Figma skills or experience with comparable professional UI/design software.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles, typography, visual hierarchy, spacing, and responsive design.
• Experience optimizing websites for speed, accessibility, SEO, and usability.
• Familiarity with Git, version control, testing, and structured development workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to carry work from initial brief through final launch.
• Good communication skills and the ability to clearly explain design and technical decisions.
