Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurately processing, printing and delivering to the shipping dept all incoming web-based order entries received from Shopify websites, QVC, Walmart.com, Faire etc.
• Resolve Web order customers service issues.
• Process web returned merchandise and associated customer refunds.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your direct manager(s).
• Follow company policies and procedures and support company mission, vision and standards of ethics.
• Daily attendance required to ensure all duties are completed in a timely fashion.
