Job summary

Carnival Corporation & plc is seeking a Web Content Specialist in the Miami area to drive content for carnival.com focused on non-booked guests. You will manage content across CMS and e-commerce platforms, ensure brand voice, accessibility, and SEO, and collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Brand teams to implement updates.

The role involves content creation and maintenance through Sitecore, HTML, and Dreamweaver, plus QA, proofreading, and ADR compliance checks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Computer Science.
1+ years experience in Digital Marketing or related field, preferably with both editorial and technical experience.

Responsibilities

Supports the execution of Carnival Cruise Line's digital content strategy for carnival.com, with a focus on non-booked guest experiences.
Works with cross-functional teams (Marketing, eCommerce, IT) to gather requirements and deliver content that follows brand guidelines, accessibility, SEO and performance standards.
Manages and maintains content across multiple sites and systems, reviews assets, and coordinates updates using CMS tools and project management systems.
Implements new content (web pages) and maintains existing content through templates and HTML, ensuring ADA-compliance and site performance.
Reviews and proofs content for accuracy, collaborates with Brand Creative and vendors, and supports QA and testing for content and functionality.
Utilizes Jira/Asana for ticketing and coordination with Content Strategy and Brand Creative teams.
