Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line in South Florida is seeking a Manager, Web Content to lead the content strategy and lifecycle for carnival.com. You will direct a team of specialists and contractors, ensure content quality, accessibility, SEO alignment and governance across devices while partnering with Marketing, IT and Guest Operations.

The role requires strong leadership, CMS oversight (Sitecore a plus), knowledge of HTML/CSS, and the ability to translate business goals into compelling content plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Marketing, Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years in Digital Marketing or related field, preferably with both editorial and technical experience and 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee Content Team deliverables and provide leadership for Specialists and Contractors
• Oversee CMS implementation and maintenance; ensure SEO/AEO/GEO and ADA compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and publish content
• Guide content creation with internal teams and external partners
• Analyze content performance and optimize using analytics tools
• Evaluate incoming content requests and prioritize resources
• Ensure content follows best practices and governance across platforms
