Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a Web Content Specialist to support carnival.com content across planning, development, implementation, maintenance and optimization. You will work with Marketing, eCommerce and IT to ensure content quality, brand voice and ADA compliance while updating pages and assets.

You will use Sitecore, HTML and Photoshop to implement new content, optimize images, and manage decks and ship feature content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing or Computer Science.
• Experience with Sitecore, HTML and Photoshop and familiarity with CSS/JavaScript.
• Strong writing, proofreading and attention to quality, consistency and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support the content plan for carnival.com, focusing on non-booked guest experiences.
• Implement content via CMS and Dreamweaver; manage images and approvals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT and Brand teams to ensure SEO/ADA/compliance.
• Perform QA testing and track updates through project tools (Jira/Asana).
• Maintain content accuracy and brand voice across pages and decks.
