Melaleuca Inc. is seeking a Content Specialist to update and maintain Melaleuca.com content across desktop and mobile platforms from Idaho Falls.

You will collaborate with Marketing, IT, Business Development and regional teams, ensuring accurate, timely content and translations. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in digital marketing or e-commerce, strong communication skills, and experience with CMS, HTML, and CSS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or e-commerce.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Knowledge of Content Management Systems and Adobe products.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with accuracy.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for updating content on Melaleuca.com desktop and mobile.
• Work with multiple departments to gather information for website features.
• Update Product Store windows/highlights monthly with fresh content.
• Set up and manage Product Store and Business Center Promotions monthly.
• Size, optimize, and upload images for SKUs and web content.
• Set up and edit product information and translations/localizations for all languages.
