Melaleuca is hiring a Content Specialist to update and maintain content across Melaleuca.com on desktop and mobile platforms. You will work with Marketing, IT, and regional teams to ensure accurate product information, banners, and pages.

The role requires HTML/CSS knowledge, CMS experience, and strong attention to detail with tight deadlines. Collaboration across departments is essential to deliver compelling web content and translations for multiple languages.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or e-commerce.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Content Management Systems, Adobe products, Microsoft Office, as well as other tools used to create digital content.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Understanding of web-ready copy and overall site goals.
• Ability to perform duties with efficiency and accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of company policies, procedures, and marketing plan.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Update assigned content on Melaleuca.com desktop and mobile website.
• Collaborate with departments to gather information for new features.
• Create pages displaying content using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Update Product Store windows/product highlights monthly.
• Set up and manage Product Store and Business Center promotions monthly.
• Size, optimize, and upload images for SKUs and content.
• Set up and edit product information.
• Accurately implement translations and localizations for all languages.
