Job summary

Melaleuca’s Web Marketing team in Idaho Falls is seeking a web design intern to craft website graphics, marketing materials, and site maintenance. You will follow Melaleuca graphic standards while applying creative approaches to internal and external materials.

The intern will gain traditional design skills, motion design, and learn to communicate effectively with internal customers while working independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Prefer students currently in their junior or senior year of college, pursuing a degree in related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.75 or higher.
• Some proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite required.
• Must be able to demonstrate a minimum level of online design work, freelance, school-based projects or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, international team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, being proactive and working on tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills in English.
• Graduated or working towards a degree in Graphic Design or a related field is a plus.

• Conceptualize and implement web pages using solid design and sensible user interface principles
• Work with developers in order to implement designs and logic based targeting solutions
• Work with translators to implement international site work
