Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a Web Content Specialist to support carnival.com non-booked guest content across the full content lifecycle. You will coordinate with Marketing, eCommerce and IT to ensure brand voice, accessibility, and performance while updating content via Sitecore CMS and Dreamweaver.

Responsibilities include gathering information from multiple teams, reviewing copy, and maintaining ship feature content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Computer Science.
• 1+ years experience in Digital Marketing or related field, preferably with both editorial and technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports the execution of content plans for carnival.com and non-booked guest content across Marketing, eCommerce and IT teams.
• Maintains and updates deck plan and stateroom content across platforms and coordinates requests via Brand Creative, Revenue Management, SUS, etc.
• Implements new content through Sitecore CMS and Dreamweaver; ensures brand, SEO/AEO/GEO and ADA-compliance.
• Assists in gathering information on ship features, experiences, and itineraries from cross-functional teams.
• Reviews content for accuracy, tone, and brand voice; proofreads and tracks content requests via Jira/Asana.
• Performs QA testing for content and ADA-compliance; analyzes performance data and applies insights.
