Job summary

PeopleCert is seeking a Web Content Management Assistant to join the Website Management team. You will upload and oversee content across PeopleCert websites and work with Marketing, Product, Tech, UX/UI and Design to meet user needs and business goals.

The role involves CMS management, collaboration across departments, QA testing, and content optimization to improve web experiences and performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Computer Science.
Specialization in Web Content Development or Online Marketing.
Experience with web content creation and maintenance through Sitecore.
Proven professional experience in Web Content Development or Digital Marketing.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Excellent command of English (C2 level certification desired).
Advanced computer literacy; ECDL Advanced level certification desirable.

Responsibilities

Manage the websites Content Management Systems (CMS), updating webpages based on existing templates.
Collaborate with teams across PeopleCert to ensure sites are up to date and support customer journeys.
Identify optimization opportunities and recommend content design improvements.
Conduct user acceptance testing for new implementations and perform QA checks on published pages.
Contribute to website performance monitoring and evaluate content effectiveness.
