Job summary

One Alliance North America seeks a Digital Content & Web Specialist to support marketing and sales digital content across company websites and platforms. You will ensure content is accurate, accessible, responsive, and user-friendly, collaborating with the Systems team and external vendors.

You will translate marketing needs into clear system requirements, test completed work, and maintain publishing schedules and QA processes. Strong attention to detail and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• At least four years of professional website administration or digital-content management experience.
• Experience with live CMS environments and multiple websites.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, responsive design, mobile testing, accessibility, usability, and QA.

Responsibilities

• Manage content across company websites, microsites, and landing pages; create, upload, format, update, review, and archive content and assets.
• Organize navigation, page architecture, templates, images, documents, forms, links, and CTAs for a consistent UX.
• Apply ADA-related accessibility practices and WCAG guidelines; ensure accessible headings, alt text, captions, readability, color contrast, keyboard/screen-reader support.
• Maintain Company Store content: product listings, descriptions, images, categories, banners, promos.
• Support Marketing and Sales apps; troubleshoot CMS, forms, emails, webinars, presentations, and assets.
