Job summary

You will drive SEO and GEO readiness, monitor analytics, and collaborate with UX and development teams to improve discoverability and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, digital strategy, or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum four years of experience managing web content operations in a large organization.
• Experience with WordPress and/or Drupal and publishing workflows.
• Strong SEO expertise and ability to monitor performance with analytics.
• Excellent writing and editing skills and ability to manage high-visibility institutional messaging.
• Experience leading staff and coordinating day-to-day production.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Web Producer and prioritize workload daily.
• Manage web support intake process and ticket triage.
• Ensure publishing quality across WordPress and Drupal per standards.
• Monitor analytics and improve discoverability and engagement.
• Lead SEO/GEO strategy with senior developer.
• Publish homepage and institutional copy.
• Coordinate cross-team collaboration with UX and development.
• Provide regular reporting to AVP on performance trends.
