Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Content Author, with strong writing and editing skills.
• Proficient in web programming, with in-depth knowledge of modern HTML and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), MS Office, and WordPress.
• Familiarity with ASP.NET or JavaScript.
• SEO knowledge and understanding of web traffic metrics.
• Social media familiarity and content policy awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy Development:Develop a content strategy aligned with both short-term and long-term marketing goals.
• Collaboration:Work closely with marketing and design teams to plan, create, and implement site content, styles, and layouts.
• Website Maintenance:Build, edit, and maintain engaging and up-to-date content across client websites.
• Digital Best Practices:Implement web development best practices to enhance the digital user journey and improve site performance.
• Content Creation & Publishing:Create and publish high-quality, engaging content, ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Brand Consistency:Liaise with content writers and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency and ensure content supports the overall brand message.
• SEO Optimization:Optimize content for search engine visibility and traffic growth.
• CMS & Analytics:Use content management systems (CMS) to track website traffic and analyze user engagement metrics.
• Content Distribution:Manage the distribution of content across online channels and social media to increase website traffic and user engagement.
• Quality Assurance:Perform quality assurance (QA) activities to ensure that all website content is error-free and follows brand guidelines.

Required Skills:

• Content Authoring Experience:Proven work experience as a Content Author, with strong writing and editing skills.
• Web Programming Expertise:Proficient in web programming, with in-depth knowledge of modern HTML and CSS.
• CMS Proficiency:Hands-on experience withAdobe Experience Manager (AEM), as well as familiarity withMS OfficeandWordPress.
