Qualifications

• 5–7 years of web content management experience, including 3 years in the last 5 years.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
• Experience with CMS and web content production for government or transportation content.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional writing, editing, and proofreading for clear, impactful content for diverse audiences and channels.
• Create and refine publication documents, marketing materials, and Public Roads magazine content with QA and version control.
• Deliverables include marketing plans, summaries, newsletters, flyers, brochures, fact sheets, guides, posters, scripts, transcripts, social media posts, presentations, and web content.
• Provide editorial support for publications, marketing, and magazine content at all production stages.
