The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of web content management experience, US citizenship, and a strong background in CMS-based publishing and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of web content management experience, including 3 of the last 5 years.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and web publishing.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional writing, editing, and proofreading for diverse audiences and channels.
• Create and refine publication materials and Public Roads magazine content with QA and version control.
• Produce deliverables such as newsletters, flyers, fact sheets, and web content.
• Ensure tone, branding, and accessibility across documents.
• Upload and maintain content on agency websites using CMS and optimize for SEO.
