Job summary

The OneLink Application Developer is responsible for configuring and implementing a COTS web-based software solution that supports the Oklahoma Tax Commission’s integrated tax accounting, revenue processing, and tax administration systems. This role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service in a high-demand, service-focused environment.

The Developer will work closely with users, management, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline.
• Two years of experience with operational web-based applications from conception to deployment.
• Or a combination of related work experience and post-secondary education.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze business needs; confer with users to evaluate requirements and plan approach.
• Analyze and design program logic, screen layouts, reports, testing criteria; evaluate prototypes and techniques.
• Develop, test, debug, and document software for tax systems and applications.
• Prepare development documentation translating requirements into designs and specs.
• Coordinate user acceptance, performance testing, and regression testing; implement changes as needed.
• Maintain and review tax applications systems; identify problems and solutions.
• Collaborate with other developers to configure, develop, debug, and tune solutions.
• Interact with on-site consultants to complete tasks from requirements to implementation.
