Job summary

The Oklahoma Tax Commission is seeking a OneLink Developer Supervisor to lead a team of application developers focused on the OneLink Tax System, including e-services, registration, and return processing.

You will plan projects, allocate resources, review work, provide training, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining security and compliance in a collaborative, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, CIS or related discipline; plus six years of experience with operational web-based applications and two years supervising teams.
• Experience supervising teams is required.
• Preferred: experience in .NET, C#, and SQL programming.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct staff responsible for one or more of the e-services, registration, and return areas of the OneLink Tax system.
• Monitor application configuration and development activity of the developers assigned to those areas.
• Allocates resources, manages schedules, time, and leave of an assigned team.
• Plan major projects or assignments and efficiently allocate resources for completion.
• Monitor scheduled jobs and configure and maintain the OneLink Tax system.
• Analyze business needs; confer with users to evaluate requirements and plan approaches.
• Review and supervise the work of others.
