Job summary

The OneLink Developer Supervisor at the Oklahoma Tax Commission leads a team of application developers focused on the OneLink Tax System, particularly e-services, registration, and return processing. You will review functions, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of tax programs while guiding training, performance reviews, and scheduling for the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field plus 6 years of web apps experience, including 2 years supervising.
• Experience with operational web-based applications and supervision of teams is required.
• Preferred: experience with .NET, C#, and SQL programming.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff responsible for e-services, registration, and return areas of the OneLink Tax system.
• Monitor application configuration and development activity of the developers.
• Assign, review, train, evaluate performance, and manage team schedules and leave.
• Plan for major projects and allocate resources efficiently.
• Monitor scheduled jobs and maintain the OneLink Tax system.
• Analyze business needs, discuss requirements, and plan approaches with users.
• Design program logic, screens, reports, and testing criteria for tax systems.
• Establish best practices and standards for group activities and procedures.
• Coordinate with OTC divisions and external agencies as needed.
• Gather data for process analysis and improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
