The OneLink Developer Supervisor at the Oklahoma Tax Commission leads a team of developers focused on the OneLink Tax System, including e-services, registration, and return processing. You will oversee planning, development, and deployment, ensuring high-quality tax software solutions.

You will mentor staff, manage project delivery, and collaborate with divisions and external agencies to meet operational needs while upholding security and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, CIS or related discipline plus six years of experience with operational web-based applications.
• At least two years of professional experience supervising teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise OneLink Application Developers and review their work in e-services, registration, and return areas of the OneLink Tax system.
• Plan and develop the OneLink Tax System, coordinate with stakeholders, and allocate resources for major projects.
• Provide training, evaluate performance, manage schedules, and ensure adherence to deadlines and standards.
