Web Application Support Specialist 2
Location : Working remote for the remainder of the quarter; may require onsite work in the future
Clearance : Public Trust
The Web Application Support Specialist will review, analyze, and respond to assigned Tier 1 tickets to ensure timely response, turnaround, and resolution adhering to defined SLA metrics. Candidate will be supporting a client Financial System with Analytic Business Intelligence (ABI) tools and Customer Relation Management (CRM) tools, like Pega. Hence, candidates should have experience working with financial data. Will require working with end-users and Tier 2 daily via phone or email and attending internal and external meetings that require the ability to communicate orally and in writing. Candidate must have the ability to work multiple tickets at one time. Candidate will be required to support testing for large enhancements. Candidate should think independently and act as a SME to support other team members. This individual must also be familiar with issue tracking systems, like Jira, to track production issues, or change requests. Individuals with SQL skills are required.
Associates Degree or two (2) years experience working in an Help Desk environment is required
Minimum of 1 year experience in related field. Provide technical information or solutions to problems that first-level support is unable to provide. HD Specialist 2 has more technical and business expertise and resolves more difficult problems or specialized requests. The Help Desk Specialist analyzes problems and provides technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for hardware, software, and systems through phone, email, or chat. This individual resolves computer software and hardware problems of users, and acts as a contact for users having problems using computer software, hardware, and operating systems. The Help Desk Specialist answers questions, applying knowledge of computer software, hardware, systems, and procedures.
Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
