Job summary

RAM Construction Services is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex commercial restoration projects from pre-construction through completion. You will ensure safety, schedule, budget adherence, and client satisfaction while managing clients, subcontractors, field operations, and internal stakeholders.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong communication, and the ability to balance multiple projects, budgets, and change orders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing construction projects (commercial, industrial, or weatherproofing preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of construction principles, methods, materials, and costs.
• Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs.
• Experience managing self-performing crews and subcontractor coordination.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts; participate in kickoff meetings and develop execution plans.
• Direct day-to-day on-site activities and manage subcontractor performance; coordinate field teams.
• Maintain project budgets, forecasts, job cost reports, and billing processes (SOVs, pencil draws, lien waivers).
• Track material deliveries, manpower, and production rates; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects, coordinate change orders, and ensure timely PCO entry in systems (e.g., Acumatica, Procore).
• Coordinate punch lists, final inspections, warranties, and O&M manuals; ensure closeout success.
