Job summary

CAASTLC, Inc. is seeking a Weatherization Program Supervisor in Missouri to oversee Energy Auditors and related staff, coordinate training, performance reviews, and field QA. You will ensure compliance with DOE and state guidelines while guiding technical development and standardizing procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or technical degree preferred in HVAC, energy efficiency, or construction related fields.
• High School Diploma required.
• BPI QCI or LEED certifications strongly preferred.
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication; time management; supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates Weatherization Program staff and assigns work.
• Interprets data and test results to reduce home energy consumption; completes NEAT audits.
• Monitors contractor performance, materials, and adherence to specs; provides coaching.
• Develops reports on field procedures, quality, efficiency and productivity.
• Maintains records and supports workflow development and goal achievement.
