Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HVAC/energy/construction fields or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within service area.

Responsibilities

• Direct Weatherization Program operations and supervise staff/contractors.
• Perform audits, inspections, and routine tests on homes selected for services.
• Ensure compliance with program, state, and federal regulations and reporting requirements.
• Prepare regular program reports and assist with budgeting.
