Job summary

The RISE Group, Inc. seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive weatherization program conversions after Home Energy Assessments. You will follow up with residential clients and coordinate rebates and financing options to move contracts forward.

Based in Cranston, RI, this full-time, in-office role offers opportunities to apply energy-efficiency knowledge and sales experience while supporting nationwide programs and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Two years of consultative sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to energy efficiency.
• Ability to work with team to achieve objectives.
• Proficiency with Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent plus relevant post-high-school studies.
• Other combinations of education, training and experience will be evaluated on an individual basis.

Responsibilities

• Call homeowners to secure approval of proposed weatherization work and coordinate rebates/financing.
• Use proprietary software to prepare revised contracts when necessary.
• Fast follow-up with homeowners to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with residential Energy Specialist teams to assist homeowners.
