Job summary

The RISE Group, Inc is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to accelerate our weatherization sales. You will follow up with residential clients after their Home Energy Assessments to convert the assessment into a weatherization contract.

This full-time, in-office role is based in Cranston, RI. You will call homeowners to secure approval, coordinate rebates and financing, prepare revised contracts, and ensure fast follow-up for high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two years of consultative sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Call homeowners to secure approval of proposed weatherization work and coordinate rebates and financing options.
• Prepare revised contracts using proprietary software when necessary.
• Provide fast follow-up with homeowners to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Energy Specialist teams to assist homeowners.
