AllThrive 365 is seeking a Weatherization Energy Auditor & Gen Main. Tec to support energy audits in the Phoenix area.

You will assist the Lead Auditor, coordinate subcontractors, and perform diagnostic tests to determine energy savings while ensuring compliance with program guidelines. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid Arizona driver’s license, and the ability to pass background/screening checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass background process (Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card, background check, MVD, drug screen).
• Valid AZ Driver's license; safety sensitive position.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• General knowledge in carpentry, heating/cooling, plumbing, electrical, handicap modifications and energy/water conservation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Weatherization Auditor on energy audits and coordinate subcontractors.
• Set up appointments with clients/contractors for work to be done.
• Assess repairs to determine if they meet program scope.
• Conduct tests (CO, CAZ, Draft, Pressure Diagnostics) pre and post.
• Draft scope of work for contractors and oversee on-site measures as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Weatherization/Home Performance procedures and monitor budgets.
• Educate homeowners on scope of work and energy conservation measures.
• Perform final inspections and issue punch lists as required.
• Complete paperwork timely and accurately.
• Refer clients to appropriate agencies for additional services.
