Job summary

ICF is seeking a Home Energy Auditor in the Tempe, AZ area. This field-based role involves frequent travel to perform residential energy assessments and educate homeowners on energy efficiency opportunities. Some in-office presence and limited virtual workdays are expected.

Responsibilities include conducting site visits, collecting equipment data, and installing energy-saving devices. Training and a company vehicle are provided to support outreach and program goals.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting residential energy assessments.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency measures for homes.
• Ability to travel locally across Tempe, AZ area.

Responsibilities

• Perform site walk-throughs of residential homes to assess energy use.
• Collect data on appliances, HVAC equipment, envelopes, and windows.
• Install LED lamps, smart plugs, and other efficiency items in single-family and manufactured homes.
• Provide homeowners with recommended next steps for upgrades.
