ICF is seeking a Home Energy Auditor in Tempe, AZ for a field-based role with frequent local travel. You will conduct in-home assessments, install energy-saving measures, and document findings to help homeowners save energy.

Occasional office presence and virtual workdays are expected, with strong emphasis on client education and program compliance. Qualified candidates will have energy auditing experience, relevant certifications, and willingness to obtain additional credentials within six

Qualifications

• Valid driver9s license required and ability to pass MVR check.
• Lift boxes up to 30 lb, climb stairs/ladders, drive, walk and perform field tasks.
• Experience with energy audits and energy efficiency in residential settings.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home energy assessments in residential single- and manufactured-homes.
• Install energy-saving measures (LEDs, smart power strips) and collect data.
• Document field activities and input data into program software.
• Interact with homeowners to explain energy savings steps and options.
• Promote energy-saving measures and follow up on QA activities.
• Prepare summary reports of opportunities identified during visits.
