Job summary

CAPECO Community Action Program of East Central Oregon seeks a Compliance Coordinator to manage data accuracy, collection, and program compliance. You will develop procedures, monitor data quality, and support staff through audits and reporting.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Adobe. On-site work in Pendleton, OR with a comprehensive benefits package and regular data oversight duties.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in related field or two years of comparable experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Computer experience with Word, Excel and Adobe.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, aggregate, and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and online applications.
  • Process data accurately and timely.
  • Develop and implement compliance procedures to meet program requirements.
  • Monitor data to identify compliance issues and propose solutions.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure program compliance.
  • Prepare reports and database queries to monitor data and support staff.
  • Collaborate with staff to obtain missing information.
  • Assist with phone calls, assessments, and client-facing duties as needed.
  • Identify and resolve data quality problems.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee data management systems and train users.
