Job summary

HomeWorks Energy, Inc. is seeking a Crew Lead to oversee a small installation team, ensuring high-quality insulation work. The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and customer-focused communication in a hands-on, field-based environment.

The Crew Lead will supervise 1-2 installers, maintain project timelines, and participate in installations as needed. A strong emphasis on safety, training, and adherence to Mass Save standards is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Mass Save Crew Lead and Lead Safe Certifications.
• 4-6 months Mass Save installation experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to construction work.
• Requires proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
• Over-time opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of insulation technicians in execution of insulation projects.
• Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and ensure project timelines are met.
• Provide on-the-job training, guidance, and support to team members.
• Report any job or employee issues to management.
• Supervise and manage a team or department.
