Community Action Partnership of Lancaster and Saunders Counts is seeking a Weatherization Coordinator in Lincoln, Nebraska to lead daily operations for Energy Auditors and collaborate with the Program Administrator to meet production goals.

The role involves reviewing inspections and bids, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring safety and energy savings per NDEE guidelines. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with 3–5 years building trade knowledge and essential certifications.

Qualifications

• Lead Safe RRP certification required.
• OSHA-30 certification required.
• BPI Energy Auditor certification required.
• Valid Nebraska driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of weatherization procedures and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work for the weatherization team to meet program goals.
• Supervise Weatherization Initial Inspectors and program staff.
• Review inspections, energy audits, work orders, and bids for accuracy and timeliness.
• Answer contractor questions and coordinate to keep projects moving.
• Conduct final quality control inspections to ensure program standards.
