Job summary

MAAC is seeking a Weatherization line staff to perform outreach, assess homes, and implement energy‑saving measures in low‑income households. You will conduct inspections, install insulation and weatherization materials, and help families reduce energy costs while complying with safety standards.

The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, 3–5 years of related work, and bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Three to five years related work experience.
• Physically able to lift minimum of 50 pounds.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Perform outreach to identify qualified recipients and schedule audits.
• Conduct home assessment evaluations to determine weatherization materials and labor.
• Install weatherization measures, insulation, and energy conservation retrofits.
• Inspect completed work and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Communicate program details to homeowners and coordinate with MAAC staff.
