Mt. Bachelor is seeking a Mountain Dispatch Specialist to collect and share operations data, weather and snow updates, and support ski area communications. The role requires attention to detail, reliable performance, and willingness to work early mornings in a seasonal capacity.

Responsibilities include documenting observations, maintaining logs, and acting as the central dispatch hub via radio and phones. This position starts in mid-November and ends in late May, with in-office requirements and

Qualifications

• Minimum education required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in dispatching or operations support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate operational status and snow conditions to internal teams and guests.
• Document weather, grooming, and terrain data; maintain logs.
• Act as central dispatch hub via radio and phones; provide backup to Ski Patrol Dispatch.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications during irregular situations.
