Job summary

State Farm seeks a Weather and Catastrophe Claims Services (WCCS) Claim Specialist to handle homeowners, commercial and large loss claims caused by natural disasters and weather events. You will be the first contact for insureds, explain coverages, estimate damages, and guide them through the claims process with Remarkable service.

Deployable positions require extensive travel across the U.S. with overnights and varying shifts; relocation may be needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and decision-making skills.
• Physical agility to climb roofs and move around construction sites.
• Ability to complete Rope and Harness Safety Training (RAST).
• You may be required to obtain a Property and Casualty Adjuster's License where required.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle homeowners, commercial and large loss claims from weather events.
• Explain coverage, estimate damages, and guide insureds through the claims process.
