Job summary

Wipro is seeking a User Research Facilitator/Proctor in Austin, TX to support ergonomic research for wearable hardware, serving as the main point of contact for participants and guiding studies. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of hands on experience working directly with Apple Watch Black or Ultra series products.
• Direct experience moderating or facilitating user/human subjects research studies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, setup, and moderate qualitative and quantitative user research sessions evaluating wearable hardware ergonomics.
• Develop and secure regulatory/compliance approvals before testing.
• Collect data during sessions and perform initial analysis to identify patterns.
• Maintain data integrity and flag anomalies.
• Collaborate with researchers, designers, and hardware engineers to deploy studies and share findings.
• Deliver clear, concise feedback and study summaries to project leads.
