WHOOP, based in Boston, MA, seeks a Rework Technician II to support development, testing, and refinement of wearable tech. You will collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineers to build prototypes, perform rework, test, and analyze failures in a fast-paced product environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in electronics rework, prototyping or hands-on technical roles.
• Experience with PCBA rework and fine-pitch components (0201, BGA a plus).
• Strong manual dexterity and assembly skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical rework, soldering, and troubleshooting of PCBs and components.
• Build prototypes and cable assemblies with engineering teams.
• Conduct testing, dimensional measurements, and inspections with microscopes and calipers.
• Support failure analysis and document findings for engineering partners.
• Maintain organized lab environments and manage parts inventory.
• Assist firmware updates and prototype modifications as needed.
