Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a Unit Armorer / Physical Security Technical Instructor to deliver the 10-day Unit Armorer Certification Course and provide arms-room management and weapons PMCS at Fort Stewart, Georgia.

The role requires a Secret Security Clearance and 3–5 years of experience in arms-room operations or related Army logistics functions, with prior unit armorer experience strongly preferred; you will train Soldiers and support inspections while advising on accountability and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Secret Security Clearance required.
• 3–5 years in arms-room operations or related Army logistics functions.
• Prior unit armorer or comparable experience preferred.
• Credentials such as Army Basic Instructor Course or Cadre Training Course preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach the 10-day Unit Armorer Certification Course.
• Train Soldiers in arms-room management and weapons PMCS.
• Support arms-room SAVs and assist inspection teams.
• Advise units on accountability and security procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of Army policies and regulations.
