Job summary

LAUKOA is recruiting for a GCSS-Army Maintenance Technical Instructor based at Fort Stewart, Georgia. The lead SME will instruct maintenance operations, unit readiness, and related SAV/inspection support while coordinating with XO/Platoon Leaders.

This role requires deep GCSS-Army expertise and adult-instruction capability. The position involves teaching the GCSS-Army Plant Maintenance Manager Course, supporting maintenance instruction, and providing onsite assistance to personnel.

Qualifications

• Secret security clearance required.
• 3+ years direct Army GCSS-Army maintenance experience.
• Expertise in GCSS-Army Plant Maintenance and maintenance management.
• Proven adult-instruction capability.
• Recognized instructor credentials (e.g., Army BIC, Foundation Instructor Facilitator, Cadre Training).
• 3–5 years in Army logistics doctrine including AR 750-1, AR 710-2, DA Pam 710-2-1/2, and Title 49 CFR hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

• Teach the five-day GCSS-Army Plant Maintenance Manager Course.
• Support XO/Platoon Leader Maintenance instruction.
• Train military personnel in GCSS-Army maintenance processes.
• Provide onsite technical assistance to maintenance personnel.
• Review unit maintenance processes and help Soldiers correct deficiencies.
• Support equipment-status and maintenance-record analysis; cross-train as backup for ERPS/PMCS instruction.
