Job summary

HunaTek is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to provide professional and program management support for the National Guard Bureau’s J3/4/7 Operations Directorate. The role focuses on continuous analysis of Mission Reports and SITREPs, with responsibility to produce key readiness and gap analysis reports monthly.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary planner for CSOC and the WMD-CST Operations Course, requiring extensive experience in defense analytics and program management.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required for access to sensitive information and government programs.
• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• 15 years of relevant experience in programs, analytics, and defense-related operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze 57 WMD-CST Mission Reports and ORSITREPs to identify gaps and readiness issues.
• Produce a detailed Monthly WMD-CST Mission Gap Analysis Report.
• Prepare Monthly Operational Readiness Status (ORS) Report detailing personnel, equipment, and training deficiencies impacting RMP compliance.
• Act as primary logistical and analytical planner for CSOC and the WMD-CST Operations Course.

Position Summary

This is a requirement to provide the necessary level of professional, technical and program management support required to facilitate the overall objectives of the National Guard Bureau’s (NGB) J3/4/7 Operations Directorate. The Senior Program Analyst shall conduct continuous analysis of the 57 WMD-CST Mission Reports and Operational Readiness SITREPs (ORSITREPs). The analyst shall produce a detailed Monthly WMD-CST Mission Gap Analysis Report and a Monthly Operational Readiness Status (ORS) Report detailing personnel, equipment, and training deficiencies affecting Response Management Plan (RMP) compliance. The Senior Program Analyst serves as the primary logistical and analytical planner for the WMD-CST Command Section Orientation Course (CSOC) and the WMD-CST Operations Course.
