Job summary

The WMD-CST Senior Program Analyst position at HunaTek Government Solutions is based in Arlington, VA, supporting the National Guard Bureau’s J3/4/7 Operations Directorate with advanced program analysis and logistics planning.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, a Bachelor’s degree or higher, 15 years’ experience, and proficiency with ETMS2 and Microsoft Office. You will produce monthly gap analyses and ORS reports and help plan CST courses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze 57 WMD-CST Mission Reports and ORSITREPs for gaps.
• Produce Monthly WMD-CST Mission Gap Analysis Report.
• Produce Monthly Operational Readiness Status (ORS) Report detailing personnel, equipment, and training deficiencies affecting RMP compliance.
• Serve as primary logistical and analytical planner for CSOC and WMD-CST Operations Course.
