Castalia Systems is seeking a Senior WMD Analyst (Mission Support) to support the government’s all-source intelligence analysis of foreign weapons of mass destruction (WMD) programs, including proliferation and procurement, to DoD and USG counter-WMD efforts. The position is at Fort Belvoir, VA.

The role requires extensive all-source analytical expertise, strong writing, and the ability to develop and apply rigorous tradecraft under limited supervision.

Qualifikationen

• At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the labor category, with some in the last 2 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a regionally accredited college or university.
• An additional 4 years of experience in the labor category may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with DIA analytical writing standards & ICD 203/206.
• Ability to define new research approaches that address high-level tasks.
• Ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of labor category activities to meet mission requirements.
• Proven ability to apply qualitative and quantitative methodologies to assessments.

Aufgaben

• Perform all-source analytic production on WMD, including CBRNE analysis and supporting collection activities.
• Analyze WMD threats, CBRNE and counterterrorism nexus, missiles and delivery systems, advanced weapons, and related military activities.
