Job summary

The Boeing Company in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a Weapons Test & Evaluation Engineer (Associate or Mid-Level) to join our BT&E team. You will act as a flight test engineer on weapons programs, coordinating test plans, safety, and data collection.

Responsibilities include supporting weapon assembly, software loading, and real-time test decision support, with opportunities for travel to domestic and international ranges. A BS in engineering and aerospace experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
• Experience with aerospace engineering and flight test environments.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a flight test engineer (FTE) and test conductor on a variety of weapons programs.
• Define and document test requirements and test procedures to meet test objectives with safety and quality.
• Support weapon assembly, software loading, and functional checkouts of weapons.
• Manage and verify configuration of weapon hardware and software under test.
• Support weapons and flight termination system checks to verify system health prior to test.
• Execute test programs including builds, ground testing, environmental quantification, and carrier/ guiding release.
